CPU, DPU and IoT Chip Series

Major Chip Products

Focusing on chip design R&D, production, and supply chain support, we provide a full lineup of core products covering advanced processes, dedicated chips, edge intelligence, and multi-scenario general-purpose chips. We have developed three major chip lines: CPU, DPU and IoT, forming a product matrix of “general-purpose + dedicated solutions” to provide customers with one-stop product selection and solutions. Our full lifecycle poject management integrates closed loop service , tape-out to mass production. We are committed to providing efficient technical support and design services to integrated circuit manufacturers.

CPU Chips

Based on advanced architectures such as Armv9, it covers consumer, industrial, and server-grade categories, with the number of cores ranging from 4 to more than 128, and the main frequency ranging from 2GHz to 5GHz. It integrates a multi-level cache and an independent task scheduling algorithm, supports multiple instruction sets and mainstream systems, and is widely used in devices such as PCs, servers, and intelligent terminals.

DPU Chips

Focusing on the core needs of data centers, it hardware-implements multiple network/storage protocols, reducing latency to the microsecond level, with a built-in security module and support for programmable design. It is applied in scenarios such as cloud computing, supercomputing, and AI training clusters to improve system throughput.

IoT Chips

Our IoT chips provide the essential bridge between the physical world and digital intelligence. Designed for a hyper-connected ecosystem, they offer the perfect balance of connectivity, security, and extreme energy efficiency. Based on the ULP technology platform, the solution covers multiple nodes and integrates wireless communication and sensor interfaces. Its standby power consumption is as low as the microwatt level, while high integration helps reduce device size and cost, making it suitable for large-scale deployment scenarios such as smart homes and the industrial Internet of Things.
